I miss you.

You are such an important part of this household

and when you are not around I realize just how deeply we love you.

i know you have a tendency to do that

and I just need time to slow down a bit

my children are growing up

and I want to sit on my deck and savor these long summer nights.

you are all my children talk about.

Every day they ask me how many days until we go up to see you again.

and for letting our family review it.

I love how beautiful you are
and how your cluster of grapes
makes my little ones so filled with joy
and excitement as they watch you grow.

dear grace swinging on the swings,

keep swinging away

{and don’t grow up too fast}

I loved this Friday Faves list. 🙂 Having a front porch must be lovely. I know if I had a front porch I would be sitting there in the mornings and evenings enjoying the fresh air and time to think. The flowers in your pot are so delicate and beautiful! Can’t wait to see the wedding pictures! I know Hannah will do a fantastic job. 🙂
