We’re off to The Nutcracker Ballet today — Chloe and Gracie are dancing in it {due to Hannah’s surgery she is unable to} and the rest of my day is spent putting curls in, applying makeup, and clapping proudly. It’s a bittersweet day, in a way, as I’m excited to watch my two girls dancing, and in the same breath I’m sad that Hannah is unable to dance. However, in the midst of it, Hannah has demonstrated grace — she helps her sisters get ready, listens to their stories, and hasn’t complained. Her heart is beautiful.
Off to get them ready. And remember to smile. 🙂
How about you? What is on today’s schedule?

Blessings for a wonderful day for you all. Hannah has the same beautiful spirit as her mother.
Hannah’s heart is beautiful because her Godly mother raised her well. Love to you, friend.
Hannah sounds like a wonderful girl. Her star will shine. Today it is taking care of the grand kids. Enjoy the ballet.
Have a wonderful time! And ditto to what others have said – Hannah is beautiful inside and out…and she has your wonderful example to follow!
Today we went to a football bowl game at the university stadium; my husband had free tickets, and we thought it would be a fun experience for all of our boys (4, 4, and 2). It was a great time! Now it’s time for tea by the fire.
Praying as always!
Galatians 4:3-6: Even so we, when we were children, were in bondage under the elements of the world: But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law, To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons. And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father.
