Here are a few of my favorite things
sixty degree days in march
{I am not joking}
these days are so warm and wonderful
we’ve been spending hours and hours outdoors.
my spitfire elijah
who, sigh, keeps me busy
and tries to escape the house to get outside.
Yesterday, at bedtime I talked with him about not sneaking out and his reply
“I’ve got plans, mom. I’ve got plans.”
Oh my goodness. I will be busy.
dirt piles on the side yard
that keep my Elijah busy
in those hours where he just wants to be outside
Best tools? Garden tools for the dirt and sand
samuel hugs
in the afternoon
little tikes castle
In the backyard
that my children have played in for years and years and years
look at those little Samuel hands
peeking out and over.
Love.
