Worry less.
Take walks.
Listen.
Do the laundry.
Don’t worry.
Plan for the fall.
Embrace the end of summer.
Write from the heart.
Laugh.
Stay on top of email.
Do one thing.
Weed the garden.
Play, and I mean really play, with the kids.
Celebrate today.
Welcome fall.
Switch some clothes out.
Clean the office.
Donate clothes.
Read a book. A real book.
Garden. And cook some kale. With bacon.
Get coffee with a friend.
Don’t compare.
Pray.
Let go of the perfect mom labels.
Water the lawn.
Clean the office. {again}
Give yourself grace.
Cultivate and celebrate joy.
This week is the only August 26-September 1, 2012 that I will ever get to live.
This week I am going to live intentional.
Thankful.
Content.
Inspired.
Joyful.
And counting my blessings.
What are you going to do this week? Take 5 minutes and write your this week list.

I love the lis. Hmmm, Kale with bacon? We use garlic and olive oil but that sounds yummy! I think a lot of your list could be mine! May we both be blessed in tackling our lists!
I love your list! I’m off to write mine now 🙂
Have a great week! x
Simply love you, Rachel!
I want to do some of the things on your list…it sounds delightful…and important in a relaxing sort of way!!! (:>)
It’s a way to make life really count! A way to really embrace it. A way to bring joy and satisfaction!
Thanks!
I loved this post!
Great list, inspired me! You have such a lovely way with words. Blessings!
hi I shared your thought “This week is the only August 26-September 1, 2012 that I will ever get to live” for my blog post tonight.
Your timing was perfect
That reminds me…donating blood on Saturday! Today’s my oldest’s 32 birthday…could you PLEASE tell me where the time’s gone?!
Always praying!
2 Samuel 22:29-33 For thou art my lamp, O LORD: and the LORD will lighten my darkness. For by thee I have run through a troop: by my God have I leaped over a wall. As for God, his way is perfect; the word of the LORD is tried: he is a buckler to all them that trust in him. For who is God, save the LORD? and who is a rock, save our God? God is my strength and power: and he maketh my way perfect.

Thank you for this purposeful project; perfect for what I needed this morning. I used your pic (and linked it back to you) to write my own goals. May you be blessed this week!

Tough to limit it to 5 minutes, eh? =)
THis is wonderful. Recently came across your blog and I feel like we could be the same person (although I only have 1 child). I am obsessed.
Simple and soulful!
